1. (Application Level) Apply math concepts to solve business problems using MS Excel and MS Access
2. (Application Level) Create professional PowerPoint presentations including graphics, animation, tables, and layouts. 3. (Application Level) Produce professional desktop publications using a variety of fonts, special characters, text alignments, line spacing, graphic boxes, lines with text and special enhancements. 4. (Application Level) Demonstrate the proper techniques used to send and receive email messages, attach files to an email message, manage contacts, and maintain a schedule. 5. (Application Level) Create a professional quality, multi-page report including reference data, merged data, graphics, and macros. 6. (Synthesis Level) Create and Manipulate Data in Workbooks, Switchboards, Charts, Pivot Tables, and Pivot Charts to promote business decision making. 7. (Knowledge Level) Duplicate - Visual BASIC for Applications (VBA) code needed to process data. 8. (Comprehension Level) Discuss various types of internet communication, related privacy and security issues, and netiquette and what is appropriate for business. 9. (Application Level) Customize the windows operating system environment, creating an efficient workplace; correctly install hardware and software; and efficiently manage data storage. 10.
