Catalog Introduction: The Associate of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology is a comprehensive, competency-based program of study that prepares students to take the National Registry Examination offered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and allows successful students to graduate with entry-level knowledge and skills in the field of diagnostic radiology. The course of study emphasizes critical thinking skills and the application of technology for education and training in other specialized diagnostic imaging fields as well as community-centered professional practice.
