Description: The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Airline Operations: Reservations and Ticketing Services program is designed to provide students with training in airline reservations and ticketing services. Courses cover all aspects of reservations and ticketing procedures, including fares, itineraries, seat assignments and mileage plans as well as basic international travel.
