Credits: 12-13
CIS105 is prerequisite for required courses in Semesters 2 and 3. This course may be waived based on students background and experience. Students that do not need to take CIS105 will need to select an alternate Restricted Elective course for this semester.
GCC does not offer CIS190 but it may be available at another MCCCD college. Note that CIS190 has CIS105 as a prerequisite so most students would need to take it in Semester 2 or 3 if that is the option preferred.
