Program Description: The Diabetes Care and Education Certificate provides current training and information to paraprofessionals working with people at risk for developing diabetes or developing complications from diabetes.

Recommended Proficiencies: High school diploma or GED.

Other Requirements
Students must earn a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of at least a 2.0 on a 4.0 scale.
Students must earn at least one-third of the certificate credits from CAC.
