Program Description: The Real Estate Certificate prepares students with basic real estate foundation in principles and practices, contract writing and residential property management. An optional one credit course with a 45-90 hour internship course in a real estate office is included.

Recommended Proficiencies: REA122 and REA122 or real estate experience recommended, not necessary.
