Description: Nutrition, exercise, health related and sports related fitness including: the essential nutrients and the recommended nutrient intake for fitness and sport, weight maintenance through proper nutrition, and exercise for health and sport.

3. (Analysis Level) Explain and relate the effects of dietary supplements on health and on physical performance.
