Description: Evaluation of interrelationships between humans and animals from ancient to modern times, including evolution through domestication of animals in Europe and the New World.

Measurable Student Learning Outcomes
1. (Comprehension Level) Identify and explain methods and theoretical frameworks used in the study of human and animal relationships.
