Measurable Student Learning Outcomes
1. (Comprehension Level) Explain and discuss intermediate asanas and their benefits.
2. (Application Level) Demonstrate breathing techniques at an intermediate level.
3. (Application Level) Demonstrate intermediate meditation exercises, including the use of hand gestures.
4. (Analysis Level) Analyze and explain the philosophy of yoga.
Internal/External Standards Accreditation
1. Perform a series of poses through the use of Sun Salutation A and Sun Salutation B.
2. Perform two intermediate breathing techniques and two intermediate meditation techniques.
3. Perform four hand gestures during meditation.
4. Execute four asanas with the proper form.
