Description: Overview of all aspects of ladder company operations including activities, expectations, and responsibilities required of the ladder captain. Designed for the company officer who aspires to the role of ladder company officer.

1. (Knowledge Level) Describe the job description, roles, and responsibilities of the ladder company officer.
