Description: This course is designed to give the student in-depth skills and knowledge of Exterior Insulation Finish Systems (EIFS), foam products, to meet industry specifications and standards.

Prerequisites: Program Director consent

Measurable Student Learning Outcomes
1. (Comprehension Level) Explain the various methods and materials involved in EIFS.
2. (Comprehension Level) Identify and explain environmental considerations applicable to EIFS.
3. (Analysis Level) Demonstrate accurate EIFS applications.
4. (Analysis Level) Demonstrate proper use of hand and power tools.
Internal/External Standards Accreditation
Student will adhere to the current apprenticeship standards as developed by the Arizona State Carpenters Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee.
