Description: Aerobic workout using stationary bicycles. This course covers core, upper and lower body conditioning, stretching techniques and safety. May be taken four times for credit.

Measurable Student Learning Outcomes
1. (Application Level) Develop and increase personal target heart rate from the percentage taken at the beginning of each class to a higher percentage taken after completing a 20-30 minute cardio workout.
2. (Application Level) Develop and stimulate muscle strength by increasing level of resistance by 10% from beginning of course to end of course.
3. (Application Level) Demonstrate and employ safety techniques in exercise activities when doing all movements, with no errors.
