Measurable Student Learning Outcomes
1. (Application Level) Demonstrate and improve strength, toning and flexibility beyond entry levels.
2. (Application Level) Establish and increase safe levels of cardiovascular workout to increase endurance during a 20-30 minute cardio workout.
3. (Analysis Level) Demonstrate safety measures and analyze water safety, physical health conditions and biofeedback to adjust exercise routine to meet personal goals.
