Measurable Student Learning Outcomes
1. (Comprehension Level) Define and discuss the role of the personnel/human resources department and the interaction with the business office.
2. (Comprehension Level) Demonstrate knowledge of the legal literature and reference materials available in the personnel/human resources area.
3. (Comprehension Level) Demonstrate knowledge of employment assessment, recruitment, selection and orientation processes for a school district.
4. (Application Level) Apply the information obtained to the local school district's certified/classified evaluation system.
5. (Application Level) Apply the information obtained to the local school district's discipline and termination policies.
6. (Analysis Level) Identify the areas of needed improvement or change in the personnel/human resource work place.
