Description: Advanced techniques of volleyball, including techniques of team play, rules, conditioning and mechanics of volleyball. May be taken four times for credit. Prerequisite: PAC127 or Instructor consent.

2. (Analysis Level) Explain and demonstrate the proper conditioning required for volleyball including off-season, pre-season and in-season programs.
