(Synthesis Level) Formulate and recommend appropriate energy conservation, operation, and maintenance procedures according to BPI and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidelines. 4. (Analysis Level) Estimate labor and material costs for energy retrofits. 5. (Synthesis Level) Prepare an accurate document estimating savings expected from energy retrofits. 6. (Analysis Level) Appraise current and potential health and safety problems and how they may be affected by proposed changes. |
