Measurable Student Learning Outcomes
1. (Application Level) Examine and discuss a surgical procedure for an athletic injury.
2. (Analysis Level) Demonstrate and organize the components of a rehabilitation plan.
3. (Application Level) Demonstrate and discuss the proper setup of basic modalities on the injured athlete per the supervision of the athletic trainer. Modalities include ice, heat, whirlpools, electric stimulation, and ultrasound.
4. (Application Level) Demonstrate the proper methods of documenting an athlete's evaluation and treatment.
