Description: Total body workout through fitness inspired boot camp regimen, including upper and lower body workouts infused with abdominal conditioning and stretching techniques. Course utilizes outdoor areas of campus.

Measurable Student Learning Outcomes
1. (Application Level) Describe and demonstrate aerobic and anaerobic activities which increase cardiovascular endurance, per instructor's guidelines.
2. (Application Level) Describe and demonstrate activities that increase upper and lower body muscle strength and tone.
3. (Application Level) Describe and demonstrate exercises designed to strengthen the core muscles of the body.
Internal/External Standards Accreditation
1. Increase personal target heart rate from the rate taken at the beginning of each class to a higher rate taken after completing a 20-30 minute cardio workout.
2. Alter body composition towards a healthier percent from beginning of course to end of course.
3. Demonstrate increase in core strength from beginning of class to end.
