Measurable Student Learning Outcomes
1. (Comprehension level) Identify the organizational skills a coach utilizes to ensure a successful program.
2. (Comprehension level) Describe the educational value of the development of diversity while coaching participants.
3. (Comprehension level) Discuss how the value of full participation affects the outcome of competition for the team and individual.
4. (Comprehension level) Identify and discuss the different methods utilized in coaching competitive and recreational sports.
5. (Comprehension level) Identify and discuss standard rules in a sport of choice.
6. (Comprehension level) Demonstrate a sport specific skill, broken down into teachable segments.
7. (Comprehension level) Describe the components of an effective practice plan.
8. (Comprehension level) Discuss the level of appropriate interactions with parents and administrative personnel.
