Description: Development of skills in one or more of the following rodeo events: steer wrestling, calf roping, team roping, bull riding, bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, barrel racing, goat tying or breakaway roping. For members of the intercollegiate athletic rodeo team.

Measurable Student Learning Outcomes
1. (Synthesis/Knowledge level) Describe how to function as a team member in intercollegiate rodeo activities and practice these skills throughout the course.
2. (Knowledge level) Define event specific strategies in intercollegiate rodeos.
3. (Comprehension level) Explain the basic pre-rodeo, in-rodeo and post-rodeo etiquette expected of student athletes.
Internal/External Standards Accreditation
1. Demonstrate the ability to function as a team member in intercollegiate rodeo activities.
2. Participate in all CAC scheduled rodeos.
3. Follow all team rules, student-athlete code of conduct and NIRA regulations.
4. Perform pre-rodeo, in-rodeo and post-rodeo routines with the proper etiquette.
