Description: The tools and utilities used for information gathering and management, including forms, reports, database mining, data warehousing, database performance monitoring, and more.

4. Given a set of search criteria, create and use complex queries to retrieve the requested information from a database.
5. Deploy an interactive form within a webpage that meets all the standards for usability, accuracy, and reliability.
6. Maintain a given database by ensuring the data is accurate and up-to-date.
7. Monitor a given database and make recommendations for changes to increase performance.
