2. Perform the basic series of poses utilizing the twelve-step Sun Salutation A with 90% accuracy. 3. Perform and orally present research on two basic breathing techniques and list two precautions and two benefits with 90% accuracy. 4. Perform and orally present research on two basic meditation techniques and list two precautions and two benefits with 90% accuracy. 5. Perform and orally present research on five basic physical poses and list two precautions and two benefits of each with 90% accuracy. 6.
