Description: Introduction to setting grades off bench marks using various types of levels. Reading and interpreting construction plans to determine grading requirements.

2. (Knowledge Level) Describe proper practices for setting grades off a bench mark.

3. (Knowledge Level) Describe methods for setting grades using various types of levels.

4. (Comprehension Level) Explain construction plan sheets to determine grading requirements.

5. (Comprehension Level) Discuss various methods for keeping construction sites well drained.
Internal/External Standards Accreditation
1. Successfully complete Grades I Module Examination #22208 at the conclusion of class with a score of at least 70%.
