Description: Theory of operation, diagnostic procedures, service and repair techniques related to hydraulic and electronic controlled systems used in John Deere Construction and Forestry Equipment. The use of service manuals, hydraulic/electrical schematics, and safety are emphasized.

3. Demonstrate the proper procedures related to service and repair of hydraulic system components with the use of service manuals and schematics.
4. Demonstrate the proper use of precision measuring tools related to hydraulic system servicing.

7. Diagnose electrical systems failures.

Internal/External Standards Accreditation
Students must pass John Deere Level One and Level Two tests with an 80%. These test are taken online through John Deere University.
