Description: A variety of exercises that stimulate lung activity such as running, swimming, cycling and jogging. May be taken two times for credit.

Measurable Student Learning Outcomes
1. (Analysis Level) Explain and demonstrate warm-up programs, stretching techniques, and cool down programs for aerobics and aerobic weight training.
2. (Analysis Level) Explain and demonstrate various aerobic weight training programs and other forms of aerobic training.
3. (Analysis Level) Outline the importance of proper training as related to health, wellness and injury prevention.
4. Demonstrate safety procedures when participating in an aerobic or weight training program.
