Description: The Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in Business Applications is designed to provide the skills needed for those students who are interested in becoming part of the support system in almost any workplace configuration in a wide variety of business areas. This program prepares students to use common business computer applications for professional and personal computing. Other business skills, including accounting, effective communication, management, marketing, and business law basic principles are integrated in the program. Courses in the program prepare for the Microsoft examinations for certification as a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS).
