Description: Application of management principle skills in day-to-day operations for decision-making techniques base on collection, use and analysis of financial, employee, and customer data to determine and evaluate the daily operations of an agribusiness venture.



MCCCD Official Course Competencies
1. Evaluate the roles of agribusiness in the global economy system. (I)
2. Analyze the importance of leadership skills needed in the supervision and management roles in a day-to-day operations of an agribusiness. (II)
3. Construct financial records and interpret day-to-day financial procedures. (III)
4. Calculate financial data to determine cost control measures and reporting procedures. (III)
5. Analyze management data of employees and customers in developing a continuous improvement business plan. (II, III)
6. Apply office/work area management procedures. (IV)
7. Create an effective marketing environment to communicate and engage with customers and employees. (V)
