Description: Introduction to Revit Architecture. Utilize Revit software to develop and generate basic 3-D models and components. Create, edit, dimension, and manage 2-D and 3-D drawing views and projects. Produce drawing files and plots using various display environments and plot options.



MCCCD Official Course Competencies
1. Demonstrate ability to start up, configure, and navigate architectural modeling software. (I)
2. Create and manipulate project files and families with appropriate modeling and editing tools. (II)
3. Produce basic floor plans, 2D elevations, and perspective views with pertinent annotation and dimensions. (II, III)
4. Set up sheets and plot varying scaled drawings using appropriate hardware and software techniques. (IV)
5. Create 3D views and apply basic rendering techniques. (V)
