Description: Continued study of grammar and vocabulary of classical Hebrew with emphasis on oral reading and interpretation skills

2. Define the 500 most common vocabulary words in the Hebrew Bible. (II, III, IV, V, XI)
3. Conjugate regular and irregular Qal verbs in the past, present, future, and imperative. (III)
4. Conjugate regular and irregular Niphal verbs in the past, present, future, and imperative. (III)
5. Use cardinal numbers. (IV)
6. Identify and translate construct suffixes. (V)
7. Use interrogative heh. (VI)
8. Use particle na. (VII)
9. Describe the variety of translation possibilities of vav clause in biblical texts. (VIII)
10. Describe the variety of translation possibilities of hinneh clause in biblical texts. (IX)
11. Translate extended pre-exilic biblical narrative texts. (IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X)
