Description: Development of a feasibility approach to strategic decision making concerning new venture start-up. Includes development of a business feasibility study and a preliminary business plan.

1. Explain the key elements of the feasibility approach to business planning. (I)
2. Describe the purpose and content of the marketing section of the business plan. (II)
3. Describe the purpose and content of the management section of the business plan. (III)
4. Describe the purpose and content of the operating section of the business plan. (III)
5. Formulate feasibility based financial and strategic projections. (IV)
6. Create an executive summary that outlines the most important decision elements of the plan. (IV)
