Description: Introduction to storyboarding including film storytelling and scene presentation



MCCCD Official Course Competencies
1. Student will learn to use appropriate materials for storyboard presentation. (I)
2. Student will understand basic techniques used to present a visual story. (I)
3. Student will analyze film storytelling aspects and apply these to individual scene presentation. (II)
4. Student will create full size artwork showing aspects of the character or story in a presentation format. (III)
MCCCD Official Course Competencies must be coordinated with the content outline so that each major point in the outline serves one or more competencies. MCCCD faculty retains authority in determining the pedagogical approach, methodology, content sequencing, and assessment metrics for student work.
