Description: Ground school in preparation for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Certified Flight Instructor and Fundamentals of Instruction written examinations. Includes fundamentals of instruction, aerodynamics, helicopter performance, systems, operations, weight and balance, weather, federal regulations, navigation, maneuvers, pilot physiology, ethics, and aeronautical decision making. Requires passing written exams similar to the FAA Certified Flight Instructor: Helicopter, and Fundamentals of Instruction written exams.
