Exercise Science and kinesiology majors look at human movement and its relation to health, physical activity, and exercise. Students study anatomy, biomechanics, and the physiological and psychological operations that translate to human movement. Graduates of exercise science and kinesiology programs are prepared to pursue graduate study in occupational therapy, physician assistant, medicine, and other health-related fields or to gain employment in clinical exercise physiology.

The general education component of this degree is a 35 unit block called the Arizona General Education Curriculum (AGEC). You must complete the AGEC-A.
