Computer science majors learn the design of computers, computational processes, and information transfer. Building on these foundations, students study and solve problems that improve software and system quality, security, performance, and usability. Graduates with a bachelor?s degree in computer science find careers in developing new applications and software for companies like Microsoft, IBM, or Intel.

The general education component of this degree is a 35 unit block called the Arizona General Education Curriculum (AGEC). You must complete the AGEC-B.
