Studies in art history are designed to train students to engage with art in multiple ways. It offers a diverse curriculum intended to foster critical understanding of the aesthetics, production, patronage and consumption of art. Internationally recognized faculty offer classes across many cultures and time periods, geographies and multiple approaches and methodologies.
The general education component of this degree is a 35 unit block called the Arizona General Education Curriculum (AGEC). You must complete the AGEC-A.
