Description: The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Human Services-Unemployment Insurance: Customer Service program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills to meet basic job requirements in unemployment insurance programs. The courses will cover interviewing techniques, documentation and eligibility determinations in addition to chargeability, adjudication, and advanced eligibility issues.
