Description: The Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in Licensed Residential Appraiser program prepares students for the appraisal of residential land and real property. Licensed Real Property Appraisal students will be prepared for the Appraisal Qualification Board (AQB)-approved Licensed Residential Real Property Appraiser examination or its equivalent. Upon completion students will have completed the necessary education requirements designated by the Appraisal Qualification Board (AQB) and Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) for prelicensing education. The Licensed Residential Appraiser may appraise non-complex 1-4 residential units having a transaction value less than $1,000,000 and complex 1-4 residential units having a transaction value less than $250,000. This classification does not include the appraisal of subdivisions.
