Description: Introduce students to the United States Air Force and encourage participation in Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC). Featured topics include: introduction to leadership, Air Force core values, introduction to interpersonal communication and team building, and a continuation of communication skills. The Leadership Laboratory component provides dynamic and integrated grouping of leadership developmental activities designed to meet the needs and expectations of prospective Air Force second lieutenants and complement the AFROTC academic program. Emphasizes learning the environments and dynamics of an Air Force officer.
