Description: Survey course designed to introduce students to the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC). Featured topics include: mission and organization of the Air Force, officership and professionalism, military customs and courtesies, Air Force officer opportunities, group leadership problems, and an introduction to communication skills. The Leadership Laboratory component provides dynamic and integrated grouping of leadership developmental activities designed to meet the needs and expectations of prospective Air Force second lieutenants and complement the AFROTC academic program. Emphasizes common Air Force customs and courtesies, drill and ceremonies, health and physical fitness through group participation.
