Description: Using AutoCAD to create landscape design drawings and wire frames in Sketchup for elevations, sections and perspective sketches.

MCCCD Official Course Competencies
1. Use AutoCAD to develop landscape design documents. (I) 2. Create a site base plan using multiple layers. (II) 3. Create landscape plans using multiple layers. (III) 4. Create written notations for the drawings. (IV) 5. Prepare details and detail drawing sheets. (V) 6. Create a landscape sheet set. (VI) 7. Execute plotting functions and create portable files. (VII) 8. Create a file organizational system. (VIII) 9. Develop basic two and three-dimensional views of landscape plans with SketchUp. (IX)
MCCCD Official Course Competencies must be coordinated with the content outline so that each major point in the outline serves one or more competencies.
