Description: Setting baseplates and prealignment, conventional alignment, installing belt and chain drives, and installing mechanical seals. Included labs emphasize and anchor the course material.

2. Practice aligning couplings using feeler gauge, straightedge, and dial indicator methods. (II)
3. Practice installation and removal of belt and chain drives. (III)
4. Practice installation and removal of mechanical seals. (IV)
