1. Develop a research plan for choosing resources appropriate to an information need.(I)
2. Apply advanced search strategies in a range of sources. (II, III)
3. Analyze and evaluate information. (III)
4. Summarize procedures for the ethical use of information, including tools for properly citing information.(IV)
