Description: Rules, restrictions, and procedures for handling special reservations situations. Covers Bonus Travel Certificates (BTC), Virtual Coupon Records (VCR), and the Special Travel Account Record System (STARS). Also includes procedures for managing codeshare accounts and mileage plans.

6. Describe components of the Special Travel Account Record System (STARS). (III)
7. Access information found in STARS. (III)
8. Compare and contrast various codeshare partners. (IV)
9. Complete procedures for pricing and booking a code share flight. (IV)
10. Demonstrate procedures for managing mileage plans. (V)
