MCCCD Official Course Competencies
1. Document inventories of supplies and chemicals. (I)
2. Participate in water treatment plant operations to include monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures. (I, III, IV)
3. Participate in wastewater treatment plant operations to include monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures. (I, III, IV)
4. Participate in industrial treatment plant operations to include monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures. (I, III, IV)
5. Participate in high purity water treatment plant operations to include monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures. (I, III, IV)
6. Identify procedures and report on the occurrence and availability of source water. (II)
7. Collect water samples and report on the water quality conditions at specific steps of the water purification process. (IV, V)
8. Install, operate and maintain equipment used for plant operations. (IV)
