Description: Social skill development for the incarcerated person preparing to re-enter society. Includes identifying and establishing boundaries as well as modeling these behaviors. Also covers identification of core emotions and development of positive character traits

1. Summarize the importance of social skill development for incarcerated persons in transition. (I-VI)
2. Identify types of boundaries. (I)
3. List reasons for setting boundaries. (I, II)
4. Describe and demonstrate acceptable ways to set boundaries with others. (II)
5. Describe parents` role in helping children set boundaries. (III)
6. Identify signs of unhealthy boundaries. (IV)
7. Identify and describe core emotions and their purposes. (V)
8. Explain the pillars of character. (VI)
9. Evaluate personal character. (VI)
