Description: Techniques of body centering, coordination, relaxation, energization, and physical expression for the actor.



MCCCD Official Course Competencies
1. Define terminology in a standard actor movement vocabulary. (I)
2. Demonstrate movement exercises for actor relaxation, balance, strength, coordination, flexibility, and energization. (II)
3. Apply physical movement techniques to create expressive movement patterns, walks, gestures, and facial expressions. (III)
