2. Demonstrate the use of the nursing process with consideration of the clients` medical diagnosis in the performance of a health assessment. (I, II) 3. Demonstrate the use of the Subjective data\226Objective data\226 Assessment\226Plan\226Intervention\226Evaluation.(SOAPIE) format in the documentation of health assessments. (II) 4. Identify age appropriate interviewing techniques for each age group of the school-age child. (III) 5. Demonstrate appropriate documentation of age specific health histories for selected cases. (II, III) 6. Demonstrate the appropriate use of clinical diagnostic tools. (III) 7. Demonstrate the appropriate techniques of inspection, palpation, percussion and auscultation. (III) 8. Demonstrate the use of the SOAPIE format in the documentation of health assessment of the integumentary system (skin, hair and nails) and the head and neck. (IV) 9. Identify abnormal findings on the physical exam of the integumentary system, head and neck. (IV) 10.
