1. Demonstrate accurate count and rhythm concentration. (I)
2. Utilize dynamics, shading, and tone coloring to shape the music. (I)
3. Play higher positions on the fretboard. (I)
4. Sight read music more fluently. (I)
5. Read under and follow a conductor. (II)
6. Play with other guitarists in unison as well as solo parts. (II)
7. Tune to each other. (II)
8. Perform with one another in front of other guitarists and audiences. (III)
9. Explore various composers and styles of music of related guitar-literature. (IV)
