Description: Analysis of motivation, leadership, communications, and other human factors. Cultural differences that may create conflict and affect morale individually and within organizations.

4. Describe motivation techniques as they relate to oneself and co-workers. (II)

6. Evaluate human relations problems as they arise in work situations. (III)
7. Describe the constraints on organizational behavior. (III)
8. Describe human relations challenges faced by the individual and the business organization. (IV)
