Description: Risk management and quality management in a project environment, including risk identification, risk aversion, and risk response planning. Presents techniques to perform risk analysis and risk response planning on projects

4. Evaluate risk versus uncertainty, and quantify a risk based on expected monetary value calculations. (III, IV)

6. Identify various risk models and their applicability to project management. (V)
7. Perform a simple Monte Carlo Simulation problem. (V)

11. Cite various Risk Software Applications. (VII)
